Pricing

Priced for real IT teams.

Every plan has every feature except multi-client separation, which is the MSP plan, and the price only goes up with the number of endpoints you manage. The prices are right here, there's no sales call, and you pay month to month and can cancel anytime. Your first 100 endpoints are free, forever.

Every plan includes every operational feature - you pay for machines, not features, and the price is the whole bill with no packs on top. The one exception is multi-tenant separation, which is what the MSP plan is.

How we differ: PDQ Deploy - on-prem only, no cloud · PDQ Connect - cloud, agent-only · NinjaOne - full RMM, with backup, MDM and docs as paid add-ons · Action1 - cloud, agent-only · Intune - Entra-bound, no per-host credentials

Pricing questions

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Paid plans take a card at checkout, and the first charge is on day 15. Cancel before then and you pay nothing: your account drops to Free - 100 endpoints. Nothing breaks: you keep every feature on your first 100 machines; you'd just lose any endpoints over the cap. No sales call either way.

How does per-endpoint pricing work?

Every plan includes every operational feature - you pay for the number of machines, not for capabilities. Starter is $149/mo including 100 endpoints, then $2.00/endpoint above that, with no cap at all. MSP is the same $149 base plus a $1.75/endpoint volume rate with a 150-endpoint minimum, and it's the one plan that adds a capability rather than headroom: multi-tenant separation, so you can manage separate client fleets with database-level isolation between them. Below about 800 endpoints Starter is the cheaper of the two; above that the volume rate takes over.

Is the free tier really free?

Yes - $0 forever for up to 100 endpoints, no credit card. Every feature is included: deploy, patch, monitoring, alerts, auto-remediation, workflows, the remote tools (console, files, registry, live manager), remote desktop, and conformance. You pay when you outgrow 100 machines, not to unlock a feature.
