Notes & gotchas
Inno Setup, and /VERYSILENT alone is NOT enough. Like Greenshot, GIMP shows the Inno "Select Setup Install Mode" dialog, presented BEFORE the silent machinery engages - no /SILENT flag suppresses it. Without /ALLUSERS it hangs forever under a deployment tool (session 0 has nobody to click it). Verified installing machine-wide with these switches. It is also SLOW - roughly 9 minutes for the ~300 MB payload - so raise your deployment timeout above the usual 5-minute default or the job is killed mid-install.
